Moore Family Office provides consultancy, taxation services, trust administration and outsourcing services, and through our audit associate Moore Stephens PCS Limited audit and assurance services.
In particular we advise on international structures and how they can be used safely, compliantly and productively in a world of increasing regulation.
Families with an international spread have specific needs as it is important that they are able to be based where they chose. We work with the individuals to try and ensure that we are at their side to make things run smoothly.
There are now a whole range of requirements that need to be properly considered on an international basis ranging from FATCA and CRS compliance to economic substance and trust registers, together with the constant need to plan carefully for the impact of taxation around the world.
In the UK
We have specialist involvement in personal tax matters and provide both compliance and advisory services. This ranges from advising on complex personal tax issues, including those concerning residence, acting in respect of investigations by HMRC and assisting with the completion of personal tax returns.
Many families establish corporate entities in the UK and we can help with their establishment, as well as bookkeeping and payroll services, the filing of the annual accounts and corporation tax returns. Through our audit associate Moore Stephens PCS Limited, we also provide audit and assurance services.
In the UK there are also complex areas concerning property ownership where we can assist, whether this be structuring advice in connection with the ownership of property or the associated compliance with filings such as ATED, corpoation tax returns and IHT returns.
